Responsibilities

• Manage US litigation, disputes and investigations with strategy, budgeting and coordination with internal stakeholders and counsel.
• Provide practical antitrust guidance and support for investigations and compliance initiatives.
• Advise on labor and employment matters in partnership with People & Organization and outside counsel.
