Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited US law school.
• Admission to at least one US state bar in good standing, with eligibility to obtain and maintain New Jersey in-house counsel registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, practical and business-oriented legal advice on US litigation, antitrust and employment matters.
• Manage and oversee litigation, disputes, and investigations with internal teams and external counsel.
• Collaborate with Global teams and cross-functional partners to align strategy and governance.
