Job summary

Sandoz in Princeton, NJ seeks a Sr. Director & Associate General Counsel for US Litigation, Antitrust & Employment. Lead strategic litigation, antitrust matters and labor relations in a hybrid office setting with up to 50% remote work. Must have US work authorization and a JD from a US law school with bar admission.

Role involves advising senior leaders, coordinating with outside counsel and ensuring compliant, business-focused outcomes across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited US law school.
• Admitted to at least one US state bar, with NJ in-house eligibility.
• 7+ years of post-bar legal experience in litigation, antitrust, investigations or employment law.
• Ability to work independently and advise senior stakeholders clearly.
• Fluency in English and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead US litigation strategy, risk assessment and budget coordination with internal teams and outside counsel.
• Advise on antitrust investigations, compliance initiatives and competition-law matters.
• Provide labor and employment counsel to P&O and business leaders.
• Collaborate with global Legal and cross-functional teams on policy and training.
• Monitor legal developments and educate stakeholders on emerging risks.
• Participate in global forums and contribute to governance and reporting processes.
