Qualifications

• 3+ years in institutional private equity with portfolio management and client reporting.
• Experience in infrastructure assets and deal execution lifecycle.
• Strong financial modeling and governance exposure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.
• MBA or CFA is preferred for seniority and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for sourcing, investment committee presentations, and monitoring meetings.
• Support portfolio manager in client reporting and cross‑functional inquiries.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative investment analysis for external clients.
• Lead due diligence and deal teams for new fund commitments and co‑investments.
• Oversee governance topics like budgets, business plans, and financing.
