Job summary

LIM College, The Business of Fashion & Lifestyle, in New York City, seeks a Senior Director of Admissions Recruitment to lead undergraduate recruitment for on-campus and online programs.

You will translate enrollment strategy into execution, manage a team, and partner with Marketing, Financial Services, and Academic Affairs to achieve enrollment goals. Travel and events across regions are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Seven or more years of progressive admissions experience.
• Three+ years in a supervisory capacity; leadership experience.
• Travel regionally and nationally; evenings/weekends during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Direct Admissions Counselors and recruitment staff; monitor performance.
• Develop and execute undergraduate recruitment plans and territories.
• Lead transfer recruitment and online program referrals with stakeholders.
• Track funnel activity and ensure timely, personalized follow-up.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Financial Services, and Academic Affairs.
