Job summary

LIM College in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Director of Online Admissions to lead online enrollment for undergraduate and graduate programs. The role oversees rolling admissions, collaborates with Marketing on campaigns, and drives lead generation, conversion, and financial clearance for online starts.

The successful candidate will supervise Online Admissions Counselors, manage data reporting in Slate, and ensure alignment with campus partners to maximize starts across sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with online admissions in higher education.
• Supervisory experience in admissions or enrollment management.
• Proficiency with Slate or similar CRM and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual online enrollment plan with start goals and budget.
• Lead online enrollment team and oversee counselors.
• Coordinate with Marketing for digital campaigns and landing pages.
• Manage rolling-admission across 7.5-week sessions and cadence.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA and state/federal regs for online enrollment.
• Deliver weekly funnel reports to senior leadership.
