Job summary

LIM College, located in New York, NY, is hiring a Senior Director of Graduate and International Admissions to steer the recruitment, review, and enrollment of graduate and international students for on-campus programs and online graduate offerings.

The role leads the Graduate and International Admissions team, develops data-driven recruitment plans, ensures SEVP compliance as PDSO/DSO, and partners with Academic Affairs, Registrar, and Marketing to support a diverse, high-achieving student body.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive admissions or enrollment management experience.
• At least three years in a supervisory capacity.
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, as required by federal regulation to serve as a PDSO/DSO.
• Progressive experience in admissions or enrollment management with demonstrated success in recruitment goals.
• Working knowledge of graduate and international admissions practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Slate preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of Graduate and International Admissions, including prospect and applicant management and yield activities.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; set performance expectations and KPIs; coach and mentor.
• Use data-informed decision-making; monitor funnel performance; prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Analyze market and enrollment trends to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Develop and execute an annual graduate recruitment plan with defined goals and budget.
• Coordinate international recruitment travel, partnerships, and articulation agreements.
• Serve as Principal Designated School Official (PDSO) and ensure SEVIS data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Registrar, Student Financial Services, and Marketing on admissions processes.
