Because online programs operate on rolling admission across multiple 7.5-week sessions, the position manages a distinct, high-velocity admissions process that runs in tandem with the College’s on-ground admissions systems. The position partners with program directors and faculty and with Marketing and Communications on digital advertising content and placement, program messaging, and lead generation, and directs time-sensitive, high-touch engagement to convert students at every stage of the funnel. The position works closely with divisional and campus partners, including the Vice President of Admissions and Enrollment Operations, the Senior Director of Graduate and International Admissions, Academic Advising, Student Financial Services, and the Registrar, to ensure admitted students move seamlessly to registered and financially cleared before each session start. The position represents the division on matters related to online enrollment as delegated and provides regular reports and updates to senior leadership.

SALARY RANGE:

$95,000 - $100,000/Annually

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

  • Partner with Marketing and Communications, program directors, and faculty on digital advertising content and placement, landing pages, and program messaging to generate qualified leads; monitor lead volume, quality, channel performance, and cost per lead and per start; and recommend adjustments.
  • Build online pipelines through employer and corporate partnerships, alumni, and professional and industry organizations, and through community college and transfer pathways in coordination with the Senior Director of Admissions Recruitment.
  • Analyze online market, competitor, and demand trends; identify program and market opportunities; and forecast starts by session.
Funnel Management and Conversion
  • Manage a rolling-admission process across multiple 7.5-week sessions, with defined service standards for speed to lead, follow-up cadence, and application completion.
  • Direct high-touch, multi-channel engagement (phone, text, email, and video) from inquiry through start; ensure timely, personalized follow-up; and carry a caseload of prospective students as needed.
  • Oversee application review and admission decisions for online applicants in accordance with College standards, ensuring documents and credentials are collected, processed, and recorded accurately in Slate.
  • Lead admitted-to-start conversion: coordinate with Academic Advising to ensure admitted students are advised and registered, and with Student Financial Services to ensure aid is packaged and students are financially cleared before each session start; identify stalled students and intervene; and manage deferrals and re-entry to subsequent sessions.

  • Serve as the primary liaison among Admissions, Academic Advising, Student Financial Services, the Registrar, Academic Affairs, and Marketing and Communications for online student onboarding, and convene regular cross-functional session-launch meetings.
  • Plan and execute virtual information sessions, admitted-student events, and session-start touchpoints with campus partners.
  • Ensure online admissions practices comply with College policy, accreditation requirements, and state authorization and federal regulations affecting online enrollment.
  • Work with enrollment consultants, digital agencies, and vendor partners as assigned, serving as project manager where appropriate.
Data and Reporting

  • Speed-to-lead and follow-up standards are met, with measurable improvement in conversion from inquiry to application, admit, registration, and start.
