Chadwick Martin Bailey Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Activation Delivery in the United States. This role sits at the intersection of market research and strategy, partnering with clients and internal teams to transform insights into clear strategies and executive-ready narratives.

Based in Boston or remote within the US, you will blend hands-on execution with coaching to strengthen delivery quality while driving high-impact activation work across client engagements across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Strong writing, presenting, facilitation, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic activation engagements translating research into business strategies and executive narratives.
• Coach teams to strengthen thinking, storytelling, and confidence.
• Define business challenges with clients and shape approaches that answer key questions.
• Synthesize insights into clear strategic recommendations and client-ready outputs.
• Develop executive-ready deliverables including narratives, workshops, and activation plans.
• Translate research into practical implications, recommendations, and next steps.
• Lead client presentations and activation workshops to drive decision-making.
• Act as trusted advisor guiding stakeholders to practical paths forward.
