Job summary

Precision AQ - Market Access Marketing is seeking a Senior Director for the Access Experience Team to lead payer strategy work for multiple clients. This role collaborates with Precision leadership and account teams to deliver strategic initiatives and guide cross-functional teams.

The position requires extensive experience in medical/pharmacy management in payer settings, and involves travel up to 50% to support client engagements and industry meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in pharmacy, nursing, medicine, or life sciences.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a medical or pharmacy management role at a payer organization, health system, or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare expertise for strategy and execution of client projects.
• Lead payer strategy work to identify and meet clients’ business needs.
• Support cross-functional matrix teams for client deliverables.
• Provide segment strategy input for prelaunch and lifecycle management.
• Assist in business development through research, proposals and presentations.
• Contribute industry expertise to projects.
• Educate and train customers or internal personnel as required.
• Interview advisors to understand market dynamics and prepare summaries.
• Assist in client workshops and simulations; role-play as payer or healthcare stakeholder.
• Review market trends and provide actionable insights to Precision Payer and Account teams.
• Prioritize deliverables across multiple clients and meet deadlines.
• Represent Precision at industry meetings and gather insights.
• Assist in budget planning and recommend services to meet client needs.
• Create training materials on managed market topics.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Travel up to 50%.
