The right candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and over 10 years’ experience in healthcare management. You will support cross-functional teams and be involved in education, training, and strategic planning efforts.

The role includes a reasonable estimate salary range of $191,000 to $280,000, along with a discretionary annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in medical or pharmacy management role at a payer organization.
• Experience managing specialty pharmaceuticals across pharmacy and medical benefits is preferred.
• Experience with Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategist for Access Experience Team client projects.
• Support client workshops and market understanding simulations.
• Travel up to 50% for client engagements.
