Job summary

Precision AQ in the United States is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to support our brand and project teams in developing compelling payer marketing programs. You will lead internal coordination to keep campaigns on track and ensure timely, within-budget delivery for client initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and proactive problem solving, with opportunities to work across medical/health communications, advertising, and regulatory review processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or advertising.
• Assistant Account Executive candidates should have internship and/or at least 1 year of experience in advertising/marketing/medical communications with experience in Traffic, Project Management, or Account Management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with direct client contact.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects to promote and ensure the success and profitability of client deliverables.
• Support client services by handling projects, collaborating with PM to develop timelines, communicate achievements and identify red flags in projects.
• Drive daily project activities by managing scope, scope changes, and potential roadblocks within timeline and budgets.
• Coordinate/participate in content planning meetings with key content experts.
• Daily client contact, prepare client contact reports and summarize next steps.
• Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory review to ensure promotional items comply with regulations.
• Contribute to development of client proposals, budgets and reconciliations and monitor budgets including direct and labor costs; check for out-of-scope items and hours.
• Assist with preparing financial and forecasting reports.
