Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (Doctorate preferred) in pharmacy, nursing, medicine, or life sciences.
• Minimum 10 years in a medical or pharmacy management role at a payer org, health system, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead payer strategy work and client projects.
• Represent the team to clients and drive strategic initiatives.
• Support cross-functional teams and client deliverables.
• Mentor and train staff as needed.
• Conduct market interviews and prepare client-ready summaries.
• Assist business development through research and proposals.
