As a senior leader, you will drive 340B strategy, oversee program assessments, implement initiatives, and monitor performance to increase savings and access for patients while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Six or more years in 340B program management or consulting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 340B strategy across regions and drive program optimization.
• Develop roadmaps and project plans for 340B initiatives.
• Monitor 340B trends, regulations, and audits affecting partners.
• Manage implementation of 340B strategies and tracking of KPIs.
• Collaborate with health system partners, pharmacy, and finance leaders.
