IntegriChain in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Director, Advisory - 340B Drug Pricing Program to lead strategic, operational, and analytical consulting engagements for pharmaceutical manufacturers.

You will serve as a subject matter expert on the 340B program and payer landscape, develop data-driven models, supervise project teams, and communicate insights to clients while upholding the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Expert in data analytics using SQL/SAS/R (one or more).
• Experience with healthcare data and 340B concepts is a plus.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead multiple engagements and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in pharmaceutical supply chain and 340B.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends impacting 340B.
• Develop 340B growth and discount analyses and models.
• Demonstrate use of software tools and analytic methods to develop 340B solutions.
• Lead engagements and prepare reports to communicate strategies and findings.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy.
• Participate in a team environment and manage deadlines.
