Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in high-power or directed-energy laser development.
• Deep proficiency with optical design software.
• Hands-on experience with high-power coatings and precision alignment.

Responsibilities

• Design and assemble complete optical beam paths.
• Architect and integrate automated aiming and targeting subsystems.
• Conduct wavelength and laser architecture trade studies.
• Drive rapid prototype builds and field testing cycles.
