Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass DHS background and MVR check.
• 2+ years in group home, DSP, or client care (required).
• 2+ years in de-escalation/redirection (required).
• 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role in a similar setting (required).
• Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with vulnerable adults living with mental illnesses.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of persons served at all times.
• Reflect values of respect, honesty, patience, and compassion in your communication and relationships.
• Assist with active treatment services, daily living skills, medications administration, and ongoing development.
• Assist with transportation, documentation, care plans, and interaction with stakeholders.
• Support the Designated Coordinator with scheduling, payroll, reviewing documentation, and delegating tasks.
