Responsibilities

Supervise individuals per plans and ensure programs are implemented and documented.
Protect health, safety, and well-being of individuals at all times.
Provide a positive environment that promotes independence and choice.
Assist with scheduling staff, medical appointments, vehicle maintenance, and shopping as assigned.
Monitor ongoing compliance with agency directives, licensing standards and policies.
Maintain homes, outside areas and vehicles in good order.
