Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1 year in human services; supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and reports suspected abuse or violations of an individual’s rights.
• Ensures health, safety and well-being of individuals in care.
• Supervises and supports staff delivering services.
• Provides training and feedback to employees through positive interactions.
• Ensures implementation of therapy, training and data collection per plans.
