Job summary

The role requires a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and at least one year in human services. A high school diploma is preferred. You will follow plans, document progress and ensure safety in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with endorsements and have 3 years of driving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent as required by work location.
• Minimum one year of experience in the human service field if required by work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, assistance and supervision to meet individuals' needs and goals.
• Ensure health, safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Follow plans, document training, behavior and support programs per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain well-organized homes, outdoor areas and vehicles.
• Identify and report abuse or rights violations.
