Job summary

Remote Worker LTD. is seeking a Senior Direct Response Copywriter to own messaging across ads, VSLs, funnels, and email for a high-volume, eight-figure coaching company. You will lead the editing team, ensure compliance, and drive revenue with data-driven copy.

Ideal candidates have written $1M+ in revenue, $500k+ monthly scale experience, and strong leadership. This fully remote role requires overlap with European hours and long-form conversion expertise.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English at native or near-native level.
• Experience in a company or offer generating $500k+ per month in revenue.
• Copy personally written sold at least $1M in revenue with verifiable results.
• Written direct-response ads, long-form sales copy, and email for a high-ticket offer with measurable metrics.
• Personally authored a VSL, webinar script, or long-form sales letter used at scale.
• Wrote Meta ad copy at volume and tracked concept performance.
• Email marketing expertise: broadcasts, sequences, deliverability, revenue attribution.
• Directed video editors/ designers from brief to final cut with examples.
• Conducted voice-of-customer research and translated insights into copy.
• Worked in a compliance-sensitive vertical where ad copy can be restricted.
• Overlap with European working hours (min 3 hours/day).
• Able to commit full-time with no competing clients.

Responsibilities

• Write copy for ads, VSLs, funnel pages, and emails with high volume.
• Lead the editing team and ensure copy aligns with policy and compliance.
• Review analytics and iterate based on data to improve ROAS and revenue.
• Brief and supervise video editors and designers to ensure the final cut matches the script.
• Develop briefs for spokespersons, testimonials, and ads for high-income clients.
• Research customer language and objections to refine messaging.
• Collaborate with Head of Paid Marketing and founder on strategy and execution.
• Ensure consistency across the ad, opt-in, VSL, emails, and CRO tests.
