Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in AGCME accreditation
• Track record as a Program/Fellowship Director in GME
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the institution’s mission in Graduate Medical Education, aligning educational initiatives with CAO directives.
• Provide visionary leadership in the design, delivery, and evaluation of GME programs. Oversee all ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs.
• Ensure institutional and programmatic compliance with ACGME standards and requirements.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with department chairs, program directors, and faculty through dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Ensure all education programs meet accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for education programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned complies with all policies and standards
