Riverside Lifelong Health and Rehabilitation in Smithfield, VA is seeking an experienced Waitstaff member for part-time, 3.5-hour shifts. You will deliver high-quality dining experiences to residents and guests, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely meals, while respecting dietary restrictions.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service in hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, (Preferred)
• 1 year Customer service in a hospitality environment (Preferred)
• Food Handlers Card (FH) - VA State - ANSI-approved program within 30 Days(Required)
• Allergen Awareness Certification - VA State - ANSI-approved Allergen Awareness certificate program within 180 Days(Required)

Responsibilities

• Follow standard service protocols to greet and seat residents and guests promptly.
• Ensure meals are delivered timely and with gracious service.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to prepare and serve orders correctly.
• Complete opening/closing side work and restock supplies as needed.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and dietary restrictions; use food service software/hardware as applicable.
