Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services I for a 455-bed healthcare facility. You will lead a team, support talent development, manage client relationships, drive profitability, and help achieve financial goals in your area.

You will work with the Chef and management to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals while implementing new culinary programs and maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, or health care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial experience and business acumen.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Works with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, high-quality food.
• Implements culinary programs in coordination with marketing and culinary teams.
• Maintains excellent client relationships.
• Manages, trains, and develops dining service associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
