Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in server/hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service dining during meals, greeting residents and guests, taking orders, coordinating with kitchen, delivering meals, and responding to resident needs.
• Set, clear, sanitize, and reset dining tables per standards.
• Stock service stations, beverages, and condiments before service.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining environment and perform side work.
• Handle, label, date, and store food items properly and document temperatures.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Attend required training and meetings; comply with dress code and policies.
• Serve as Shift Lead when assigned, coordinating server assignments and ensuring coverage and smooth service.
