Dallas Retirement Village in Dallas, Oregon is seeking an experienced Relief Host for our Health Center dining venues. The role supports dining room operations by coordinating guest seating, assisting service staff, addressing resident concerns, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of hospitality, restaurant, food service, or dining room leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and support team success.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handler's Card required.
• OLCC Service Permit required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to operate POS systems and handle basic cash transactions.
• Dependable, professional, and hospitality-focused.

Responsibilities

• Relief Hosts oversee dining room operations and ensure residents and guests receive exceptional hospitality and service.
• Responsibilities include greeting and seating residents and guests, managing reservations, supporting meal service operations, assisting with staff coordination, resolving dining concerns, and maintaining dining room standards.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance, support special events, and assist with training and mentoring dining staff.
• Work closely with the Dining Room Manager and service team to create a positive dining experience and uphold high standards of hospitality and resident satisfaction.

What You'll Do
