Dallas Retirement Village in Dallas, OR is seeking a Lead Server who combines hands-on resident service with leadership responsibilities. You will oversee dining room operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional hospitality and dining standards for residents.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, strong customer service skills, and experience in food service. Oregon Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain is required, along with ServSafe training completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience required.
• Oregon Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Previous leadership, trainer, or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and assist residents during dining service.
• Train and mentor dining staff; schedule and assign tasks.
• Monitor dining room appearance, cleanliness, and pantry organization.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed; assist with dishwashing.
• Maintain food temperature documentation and proper labeling; participate in staff training.
