Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor for The Residence at South Windsor Farms in Connecticut. This full-time role offers a wage band of $19.00–$22.00 per hour, with benefits starting from day one.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. A reputable course in food management is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum three years in the food service field, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Certificates/Licenses: Current ServSafe certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining room service and maintain the dining experience for residents.
• Supervise scheduling, staffing, and training of dining room personnel.
• Coordinate with Culinary Services Director to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and resident preferences.
• Greet residents, assist with seating, and manage daily menus and dining room inventories.
