Covenant Living in Cromwell, CT, seeks a Dining Room Supervisor to lead dining room staff and ensure organized, pleasant dining for residents. You will coordinate meal reservations, seating, and service quality in collaboration with the Dining Services Director.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong emphasis on resident satisfaction. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, dining service experience, and solid organizational and communication skills; minimum age 18.

Qualificações

• High School diploma.
• Prior dining service experience preferred.
• Additional education and training in management desirable.
• Minimum age is 18.
• Genuine desire to work with a geriatric population.
• Ability to supervise and direct others with diverse age groups.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal, English).

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and schedules all wait staff, attendants, the relief dining room supervisor and dishwashers.
• Works with the Dining Services Director on hiring, evaluating, disciplining and terminating staff.
• Directs orientation and training of dining room staff.
• Sets up workstation assignments for wait staff.
• Assigns duties to staff as needed.
• Maintains awareness of flow service and seating for residents.
• Monitors service to ensure high quality.
• Coordinates resident meal requests; records reservations; plans seating.
• Enters billing information in the Horizon POS system.
• Provides menu information to residents and staff.
