Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background in senior care/healthcare preferred; culinary experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Must pass DHS background study and OIG screening.
• Basic computer literacy and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and place food/supply orders within budget.
• Maintain documentation and reporting per regulations.
• Audit daily dietary operations for compliance.
• Conduct dining-room audits and assess resident satisfaction.
