EverTrue is seeking a Dietary Aide to support dining services in its skilled nursing and memory care communities. The role involves assisting residents with meal choices, preparing and serving meals, and maintaining clean dining areas in accordance with policy and state regulations.

Candidates should have basic cooking skills, knowledge of sanitation, and willingness to obtain required certifications. The position emphasizes teamwork, patient interaction, and adherence to safety protocols,

Qualifications

• One year of dietary aide experience preferred.
• Basic cooking skills and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions, diet orders, resident preference cards, and work assignments.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Must have or be willing to receive a recognized food safety handling certification.
• Must have or be willing to receive a Hepatitis A vaccine if working within applicable county health regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with food and beverage choices within dietary restrictions.
• Set up dining service and serve meals at proper temperatures and on time.
• Prepare dining rooms for meals and clean dining service areas.
• Maintain HACCP logs and record product usage and waste amounts.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures and report hazards.
