Job summary

EverTrue seeks a Dietary Aide to assist residents in dining services within its skilled nursing and memory care facilities in Missouri. You will help with meal setup, service, and cleaning, honoring dietary restrictions and safety standards.

The role requires basic cooking skills, knowledge of sanitation, and the ability to follow recipes and diet orders. Certification in food safety and Hepatitis A vaccine may be required by local regulations.

Qualifications

• One year of dietary aide experience preferred.
• Basic cooking skills and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes and diet orders.
• Willingness to receive a food safety certification.
• Willing to receive Hepatitis A vaccine if required by county health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with food/beverage choices respecting dietary restrictions.
• Performs dining service routines with utensils, supplies, and equipment.
• Sets up dining areas, prepares meals/beverages, and serves items at proper temperatures.
• Maintains dining service areas clean and stocked; assists with cleanup.
• Follows safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures; documents temperatures and waste.
