EverTrue is seeking a Dietary Aide to support dining services in its skilled nursing and memory care areas. The role involves assisting residents with meal choices, preparing and serving foods, and maintaining clean dining areas.

Applicants should have basic cooking skills, knowledge of sanitation, and the ability to follow diet orders and recipes. A food safety certification is preferred or required, with vaccine considerations where applicable.

Competenze

• One year of dietary aide experience preferred.
• Basic cooking skills and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow diet orders and recipes.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a recognized food safety certification.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with food/beverage choices respecting dietary restrictions.
• Prepare meals, beverages, and food items; ensure proper temperatures and timely service.
• Set up dining room, bus tables, and maintain clean dining areas.
• Follow safety, HACCP logging, and infection control procedures.
• Document temperatures, usage, waste, and other required information.
