Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality inspection or related field.
• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with CMM and Faro systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections of weldments and machined parts.
• Prepare first part and in-process inspection reports with CMM and gauges.
• Review drawings and acceptance criteria for inspection methods.
• Provide timely responses to customer quality inquiries.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to prevent non-conforming parts.
• Create nonconformance reports and support corrective actions.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance in inspection activities.
• Operate CMM and Faro tracker to generate reports.
• Maintain inspection records.
• Interact with customers regarding results.
