Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.
• 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on digital workplace or end-user computing services in a multinational environment.
• Experience in business systems analysis and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex incidents escalated from Level 1 and 2 support, including large-scale crashes and OS issues.
• Draft and maintain technical procedures; share knowledge with 1st & 2nd level teams; deliver in-person and remote training.
• Perform root cause analysis by reviewing logs and data to identify recurring issues and causes.
• Support continuous improvement by deploying automated patches and maintaining device security/hardening standards.
• Use scripting languages such as PowerShell to automate tasks.
• Understand business needs and clarify functional requirements.
• Create basic training materials to support user adoption of new tools and features.
