Job summary

Flexential in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Digital Workplace Support Analyst to own complex issues in a Microsoft cloud-first environment. You will support executives and VIPs, mentor Service Desk staff, and drive knowledge and AI-enabled improvements.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365, collaboration, conferencing, and end-user devices, with hybrid in-office expectations and a strong emphasis on automation and AI-driven support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT support or service desk experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, and identity/access issues.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for device provisioning and compliance checks.
• Experience with ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow) and ITIL-based incident and request management.
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior point of resolution for complex incidents and requests.
• Lead or coordinate major incident response and root cause analysis.
• Track and report on SLA attainment and ticket trends.
