Job summary

Flexential Corp. is seeking a Senior Digital Workplace Support Analyst in Denver, CO. This role leads complex Microsoft 365 issues, end-user device support, and VIP assistance within a hybrid work model.

You will partner with identity and infrastructure teams to improve self-service, automation, and the digital workplace experience. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of ITIL/ServiceNow, and familiarity with Intune and Windows endpoints.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of IT support or service desk experience.
Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 and Windows endpoints.
Experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow, and ITIL-based incident management.
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Provisioning and device management with Intune is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior point of resolution for complex incidents and requests.
Apply ITIL practices across incident and request management in ServiceNow.
Lead or coordinate major incident response and root cause analysis.
Onboarding and offboarding workflows including account setup and device provisioning.
Provide executive, VIP, and event support with discretion.
