Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years in digital workplace, end-user computing, or endpoint management, ideally global.
• Hands-on expertise with endpoint management platforms (Intune) and device provisioning/deployment.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS end-user environments.

Responsabilités

• Own endpoint standards and device lifecycle for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Manage endpoint management platforms for enrollment, config, policies, and app deployment.
• Maintain asset records and endpoint standardization for security and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate hardware sourcing and vendor relationships for workplace devices.
