Job summary

Welltower seeks a Digital Workplace Engineer to advance our Microsoft Intune and endpoint management posture. You will design, implement, govern, and improve the digital workplace ecosystem, partnering with Security, Identity, Service Desk, Infrastructure, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly services.

The role emphasizes device security, app delivery, and seamless user experience across Microsoft 365, with minimal travel.

Qualifications

5+ years of digital workplace, endpoint engineering, systems administration, or Microsoft 365 operations.
Specialization in Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, including Autopilot, enrollment, compliance, profiles, and endpoint security baselines.
Strong experience with Windows endpoint management, app packaging/deployments, update management, and troubleshooting policy behavior.
Experience integrating or operating Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security controls.

Responsibilities

Engineer and support modern digital workplace capabilities across Microsoft 365 and endpoint services.
Maintain standards, configurations, documentation, and lifecycle practices for workplace technology platforms.
Contribute to digital workplace roadmap execution focusing on secure, reliable, and user-friendly experiences.
