Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in customer engagement or related pharma tech domains.
- 4+ years leading teams of developers and cross-functional programs.
Responsibilities
- Design solutions and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead the technical team and drive work plans across Web CMS, Digital Channel Enablement, and Engagement capabilities.
- Guide development teams to deliver scalable, compliant digital engagement solutions.
- Ensure standards, security, and regulatory compliance across platforms; coordinate vendor partners.
