Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Tech Lead for KOL & External Engagement Platforms to architect and deliver scalable, compliant engagement solutions across HCPs, patients, and caregivers. You will lead a team, partner with product owners, and coordinate with CRM and analytics to enable effective engagement across events and speaker programs.

The role requires deep knowledge of engagement platforms (e.g., Veeva Events Portal, SpotMe, Cadence), strong steering of vendor teams, and a track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in customer engagement, KOL management, event operations, or related pharma domains.
• 2+ years in Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, deploy, operate, and enhance scalable and compliant engagement platforms.
• Translate engagement strategies into durable data/platform capabilities.
• Lead agile ceremonies and drive end-to-end capability roadmaps.
• Coordinate across CRM, analytics, and data platforms for measurement and optimization.
• Mentor software engineers and vendor partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements across HCPs, patients, and caregivers.
