Job summary

RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture in Austin seeks a Digital Visualization & Geospatial Project Manager to lead planning and design projects from inception to completion. You’ll oversee 3D rendering, GIS mapping, and storytelling capabilities while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to meet client needs.

Requirements include a Landscape Architecture-related degree and at least five years in master planning and site design, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, SketchUp, Lumion, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or Environmental Sciences.
• Five years of master planning and site design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D for site planning and 3D modeling.
• Experience with GIS Mapping and storymapping technologies.
• LEED/SITES sustainability experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD and related software to complete assignments on time and to standards.
• Provide front-end visualization services for planning and design projects
• Develop procedures for construction and post-construction monitoring using drone and story mapping
• Prepare visualization solutions that meet client needs
• Produce presentation materials within budget and schedule
• Lead 3D rendering, GIS mapping, and storytelling capabilities for projects
• Aid in developing firmwide standards for 3D visualization and visual communications.
