Job summary
Atwell is seeking a Landscape Architect with a strong background in master planning and site design to lead residential and mixed-use projects in Austin. You will manage scope, budgets, and schedules, and collaborate with design teams to advance digital visualization and GIS mapping.
The role requires a licensed landscape architect, experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, SketchUp, Revit, and a commitment to sustainable design using LEED and SITES standards.
Qualifications
- Five years of experience in master planning and site design.
- Experience in grading, drainage, water, sewer, and utilities coordination.
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or Photoshop for design.
- Sustainable design using LEED and SITES standards.
Responsibilities
- Utilize AutoCAD and related software to complete assignments on time and per standards.
- Provide front-end visualization for planning and design projects.
- Develop and guide procedures for construction monitoring using drone and story mapping.
- Prepare visualization solutions and presentation materials.
- Lead 3D rendering, GIS mapping, and storymapping capabilities; explore AI applications.
