Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design UX, or Psychology with 2+ years of related experience.
• Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• Occasional travel (0-5%).

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for best-in-class digital experiences.
• Use customer research, analytics, and market insights to inform digital strategy.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and content evaluations to identify improvements.
• Define customer journeys, information architecture, and user flows across web and mobile.
• Translate business goals and customer needs into effective digital experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and improvements.
• Partner with designers and developers to create and implement user-centered solutions.
• Define requirements and support successful development and implementation.
• Ensure digital experiences follow usability, accessibility, and navigation best practices.
• Establish and monitor UX performance metrics and communicate insights.
