Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH is seeking experienced consultants to join the Digital & Technology Services (DTS) team. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate business and technology challenges into actionable strategies and lead complex transformation initiatives from assessment to execution.

The role emphasizes strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills, with opportunities to shape technology-enabled transformations across clients and industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, technology consulting, business transformation, or related field.
• Experience with a leading consulting firm strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting complex, technology-enabled transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify critical business and technology challenges and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Assess current-state technology environments, operating models, capabilities, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and implementation roadmaps aligned with clients' priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment through execution.
• Structure and oversee analyses, synthesize findings, and translate complex information into executive-level recommendations.
• Manage the development and quality of client deliverables and executive presentations.
• Manage project teams and day-to-day client relationships to ensure high-quality execution.
• Work across business and technology functions to bridge strategy and execution.
• Support business development—from identifying client needs to proposing and presenting to clients.
• Contribute to growth of A&M's DTS practice through thought leadership and mentoring.
