Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH is seeking experienced consulting professionals to join its Digital & Technology Services (DTS) team. You will translate business and technology strategy into value, leading initiatives from assessment to execution.

Successful candidates bring 3+ years in technology-enabled transformation, strong executive communication, and the ability to work across business and technology functions in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS is a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in management/technology consulting or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate complex business and technology challenges into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication with senior executives and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify critical business and technology challenges.
• Assess current-state technology environments and operating models for improvement.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment through execution.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and client deliverables.
