Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH is seeking experienced consultants to join the Digital & Technology Services (DTS) team. You will translate business and technology strategy into actionable transformation programs, lead complex initiatives, and deliver executive-ready analyses and recommendations.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in management/technology consulting, strong communication, and the ability to drive technology-enabled business transformations across ERP, data/AI, and operating model

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS is a plus.
3+ years of relevant professional experience in management or technology consulting.
Experience leading or supporting complex, technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
Strong ability to translate business/tech challenges into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify critical challenges and translate them into strategies.
Assess current-state technology environments and operating models to find improvement opportunities.
Develop pragmatic recommendations and roadmaps aligned with priorities.
Lead workstreams and transformation initiatives from assessment through execution.
Structure analyses and present clear executive-level recommendations.
Manage client deliverables and executive presentations.
Collaborate across business and technology functions to bridge strategy and execution.
Support business development with proposals and client presentations.
Contribute to growth of DTS through thought leadership and capability development.
