ELEKS Project Management Office seeks a Senior Project Manager for a Germany-based digital transformation for a hospital. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and stakeholders, and ensure iterative progress with agile ceremonies.

Requirements include 5+ years as PM, 3+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Coach, and strong German (C1) plus English skills. On-site presence in Magdeburg for ~ten client meetings is expected.

Formación

• Five+ years as Senior Project Manager in digital, web, portal, or CMS projects.
• Three+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Experience with change management and organizational transformation.
• Experience delivering agile, traditional, and hybrid projects.
• Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or similar methods.
• Experience with sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog, and agile reporting.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and dependencies.
• Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary, geographically distributed teams.
• Strong communication with executives, stakeholders, IT, security, and vendors.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Miro.

Responsabilidades

• Own operational project management and coordination of all teams.
• Serve as central point of contact for the customer.
• Create and maintain project management, milestone, and communication plans.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and dependencies.
• Maintain RAID log and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate across client, business, UX/UI, BA, development, QA, DevOps, and others.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies.
• Ensure transparent and iterative project progress.
• Lead weekly status reports and required status/escalation meetings.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and data-security requirements.
• Support adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Participate in on-site meetings in Magdeburg as required.
