Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dedicated Scrum Master applying Agile frameworks in practice.
• Experience working in large corporate environments, not startup-focused roles.
• Proven track record of improving Agile maturity in established organizations.
• Hands-on experience running Scrum ceremonies in real delivery teams.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex organizational structures.
• Capability to coach teams on Agile principles and behaviors.
• Ability to improve team performance, predictability, and delivery flow.
• Fluent German required for communication in enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
