Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products and technology solutions for clinical trials and related functions.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple streams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, clinical teams, vendors, and tech teams to define plans.
• Drive Agile practices including sprint planning, backlog, releases, and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure success.
• Lead governance meetings and support strategic digital decisions.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager with strong expertise in Clinical Trials, Digital Products, and regulated industries to lead the delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, along with proven experience managing Agile product development teams and delivering digital solutions within highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products and technology solutions supporting clinical trials and related business functions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, clinical teams, vendors, and technology teams to define and execute project plans.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, and stakeholder reviews.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Lead governance meetings and support strategic decision-making for digital initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 5 years in digital product or technology delivery.
• Strong domain experience in Clinical Trials, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Proven experience delivering digital products and solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and change management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Clinical Trial platforms and digital health solutions.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
• Familiarity with GxP, FDA, ICH-GCP, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
